Application:

1. shoes insole material

2. shoes tongue material

3. shoes inner material including canvas, leather, PU leather, pigskin, mesh fabric and so on.

 

Operation Instruction:

1. Time and Temperature — DO NOT proceed the process until the machine reaches the required temperature. The machine must be preheated.

 

2. The temperature of the machine should be set among 115°C~180°C. (The actual adequate temperature should be tested out before massive production.)

3. The pressure of the machine is less than 3kg.(Please see the pressure controller in the picture as below.)

 

4. The heat-transfer working time should be set for 2~3 seconds. The actual time should be according to the different types of machines.

5. After finishing transferring, please don’t tear off the film until the labels are cold enough.
